Most clogs aren't a mystery. Bathroom drains fill with hair and soap. Kitchen lines coat themselves in grease. The downspout lines running under the yard pack with leaves and silt until water backs up toward the house instead of away from it.
We clear the line, then tell you what caused it. If a drain backs up more than once or twice a year, something structural is usually behind it: roots, a low spot holding water, or a section starting to collapse. We'd rather say that than sell you the same snaking job every spring.
